Sabrina Cinili is an Italian basketball player for Virtus Bologna and the Italian national team. She participated at the EuroBasket Women 2017.

Sabrina Cinili was born on April 22, 1989, in Rome, Italy. She started playing basketball at an early age and proved to be a talent. In her youth career, she played at the 2004 European Championship for Women U16, as well as the 2007 U18 European Championship Women and 2009 U20 European Championship Women.

She started her career in 2005 Serie A2 and A1 with San Raffaele Basket.

In the summer of 2008, Sabrina Cinili was offered a scholarship to play and study at Northwestern University and was requested by Schio, but she prefers to drop the category to play with Fortitudo Pomezia. She played for the team in 2008-2009 and had 29 appearances and 197 pts.

In 2009 she moved to Umbertide, where played fantastic 4 seasons with 109 appearances and 615 pts. Sabrina Cinili was eligible in WNBA 2011 draft but was not drafted. In 2013 she signed with Kayseri Kaski and played another season. After an experience in the Turkish league and participation in the Euroleague, she returned to Italy hired by Eirene Ragusa, playing 34 matches and scoring 218 pts.

In 2015, Sabrina Cinili signed with Zamarat but after one season transferred to Dike Napoli to stay there for 3 seasons and has 54 appearances and 391 pts.

In 2018-2019, she played for Eirene Ragusa, while in 2019-2021 was part of the team of Famila Schio in Italian A1 Women, playing 30 matches and has an average score of 7.5 pts.

In 2021 Sabrina Cinili signed with Virtus Bologna, where is playing her second season and has a total of 33 matches and an average scoring factor of 7.4 pts.

At the international level, she played for the Italian national team at the EuroBasket Women in 2012 and 2013, as well as the 2014 EuroLeague Women, and 2017 FIBA EuroBasket Women.
